《使命召唤5》试玩帐号注册申请详细指南

COD5多人试玩申请流程：
首先，登陆网址 www.callofduty.com/beta
如果是第一次登陆，网站会需要提供生日信息，防止未满18岁儿童进入网站。
如图，不需要填真实生日，但至少是1990年以前。
依月-日-年的日期填好后，按“submit”提交。（如果填错了被拒绝进入网站，把cookie清掉就行）
然后便是注册界面
如图填好信息，按“SUBMIT”提交
如果信息无误，注册成功
接着打开注册是填写的信箱，看到一封新邮件：
主题：Confirm your Email at the Call of Duty Headquarters
Thank you for enlisting at the NEW Call of Duty Headquarters!
Your account has been created, but before you can start using it you must first verify your email address. Please click on the link below to activate your account.
http://www.callofduty.com/login
